EXCHANGE: CHANGE GOES TO BUDAPEST

Join us in 2018 "Exchnage: Change" Hungarian tour! 3 Polish choreographers will present their work in MU Theater in Budapest between the dates 13-14 of March 2018!

It all started so innocent, when we hosted Aniko Racz and Janka Vamos at the meeting held in January 2017 in Warsaw. Our original idea was to enable the young Artists to speak for themselves. Their future work was mending to deal with the topic of time, memory and self-identity associated with it, presented in whichever form they’d desired. The only restriction was not to exceed the limit of 3 works in their previous dossier. Out of many interesting concepts we have chosen final 6. They were ALL WOMEN choreographers with exceptional personalities. Over time we were facing six original, utterly different in aesthetic works that uniquely combined the best traditions of the Polish and Hungarian 20th Century avant-garde achievements – in particular in the way of thinking about the body as an art form – with bright new, interdisciplinary interpretations done by young artists. Please join us in discovering the new.
